Everyone did weird stuff in 2020...

At first it was brewing it - every way possible. Then we got geeky about grinders... then extraction... then processing methods... origin... altitude... to cut a long story short, in 2022, we purchased a roaster. We are now enjoying roasting, sharing with family and friends and using their feedback to help us refine and get better.

...Phil & I got into speciality coffee.

Light Roast on 5 December 2025

Roasts: 33

Highlighting the sharp greengage acidity that this bean provides at lighter roasts, it maintains a smooth profile and light creamy mouth feel.

Roast: 34

The medium roast develops the natural sugars which bring out the chocolate, caramel notes in the aroma and sweet red summer fruit and cream in the tasting.
